Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Interest in affiliate marketing and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and partners.
• Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation for new affiliates.
• Manage key affiliate accounts with regular communication and performance analysis.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI.
• Build and maintain reports using internal data to optimize affiliate performance.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust affiliate strategies accordingly.
• Support fraud detection by identifying potential scams within the network.
