Job summary

TEVIANT is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. You will develop and execute affiliate strategies, recruit partners, and drive revenue growth through channel optimisation.

You will analyze performance, create incentives, and collaborate with product and content teams to align affiliate initiatives with TEVIANT’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of affiliate channels, networks and commission-based models.
• Proficiency with tracking platforms, analytics software and Excel.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with TEVIANT's brand values and objectives.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates for performance and satisfaction.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics to track conversions, clicks and revenue.
• Develop commission structures and incentives to attract high-performing affiliates.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to support affiliates.
