Job summary

Lucky Huarong Technology Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to source and manage KOLs/affiliates for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. You will coordinate with the Sales Affiliate Coordinator to align campaigns with sales targets and drive performance across channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in affiliate or influencer marketing, hands-on experience with our key platforms, and a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to optimize ROI and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or KOL management.
• Hands‑on experience with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Proficient in monitoring affiliate KPIs and performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard KOLs and affiliates for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Affiliate Coordinator to align campaigns with sales targets
• Monitor, track, and evaluate KOL performance (GMV, conversion rate, ROI, engagement)
• Assess KOL suitability based on audience, content style, and brand alignment
• Manage KOL communications, negotiations, and deliverables
• Optimize affiliate campaigns by identifying high-performing KOLs and discontinuing underperforming ones
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations
• Ensure brand consistency across all KOL content
• Stay updated on e-commerce and influencer marketing trends

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• At least 1–3 years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or KOL management
• Hands‑on experience with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance metrics
• Experience handling consumer electronics or tech products is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Existing KOL network (nice-to-have)
• Basic negotiation experience (nice-to-have)
