Job summary

Geopro Global Solutions Inc. in Pampanga seeks a Sales Manager with 5–8 years in sales, preferably in aesthetics, skincare or medical aesthetics. You will drive revenue growth, lead a sales team, and develop business opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires strong product knowledge of dermal fillers, skin boosters, injectables, and related aesthetics solutions, plus excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetics/pharma/medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic products and injectable treatments.
• Proven experience in sales management, leadership and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive network with aesthetic clinics and medical professionals is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
• Promote and sell aesthetic products (dermal fillers, skin boosters, injectables).
• Build and maintain relationships with clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and client consultations.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and develop improvement strategies.
