Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in aesthetic products, medical devices, pharmaceutical products, or healthcare-related industries.
• Strong sales network involving hospitals, surgeons, clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic professionals is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits regularly.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new clients, including hospitals, clinics, surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic centers.
• Promote and sell aesthetic products through client visits, product presentations, and relationship building.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits, features, and usage to prospective clients.
• Manage client accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Coordinate product orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management regarding client activities and sales performance.
