You will oversee a high-performing team, develop strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships with clinics, dermatologists, and medical professionals. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of solid sales experience, preferably in aesthetic, medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in a Sales Director, Sales Manager, or senior sales leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic products, treatments, and industry trends.
• Established network and professional relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other medical professionals are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Highly strategic, proactive, results-oriented, and capable of leading a high-performing sales team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development, and industry events.
