Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with experience in healthcare or admin setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for patients and team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with basic office tech and social media handling.
Familiarity with MS Office applications for administrative tasks.
Content creation skills to support clinic marketing activities.
Video editing skills; Canva and CapCut are a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide administrative support: scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, handling correspondence.
Assist clinical staff: take vital signs, prepare examination rooms, stock medical supplies.
Answer/direct calls and messages, greet patients professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment to support operations.
Collaborate with healthcare team to address patient needs and experiences.
