Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing or equivalent.
• Trained in Lean/Six Sigma and quality management systems (AS 9100).
• Strong ability to drive regulatory compliance including EASA/FAA considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop floor operations, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across a large site.
