Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• SAP knowledge and experience in a manufacturing setting.
• ACE, Six Sigma continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and digest large data quickly.
• Process customer orders, RFQs, and expectations per terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments across the organization.
• Ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc. are communicated timely.
• Manage contracts and respond to delivery status inquiries and expedite requests.
• Assist with timely payment collection from customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ownership over assigned responsibilities and train others.
• Adhere to EH&S practices and report hazards and recommendations.
• Non-traditional hours may be required; mid shift 2:30 PM–11:00 PM onsite.
