Job summary

NCS Philippines in Makati City, Metro Manila is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. You will join our Web Development & Production team on a full-time basis, delivering high-quality web solutions to support our clients' digital transformations.

Requirements include strong Java/HTML/CSS/JS skills, experience with React/Angular/Vue, REST APIs, Git, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with AEM development including authoring, publishing, and administration.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join NCS Philippines in Makati City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our Web Development & Production team, where you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As an AEM Developer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality web solutions that drive our clients' digital transformation initiatives and contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
• Design and implement solutions using AEM components, workflows, and templates to meet business requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver comprehensive digital solutions
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs as required for project implementations
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed AEM applications
• Stay current with AEM updates, new features, and industry trends in web development

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including authoring, publishing, and administration
• Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages
• Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of web services, REST APIs, and integration methodologies
• Knowledge of content management systems and digital asset management principles
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical requirements and solutions clearly
• Preferred: Adobe Certified Associate or Adobe Certified Expert qualification in AEM
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Preferred: Previous experience with marketing cloud solutions or personalisation technologies
