We are looking for a Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, accessible, and high-performing customer-facing web experiences.
The role involves building reusable AEM components and front-end solutions while collaborating with product owners, technical leads, developers, QA, UX/design, DevOps, security, and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have strong enterprise web development experience and be comfortable working with AEM, modern front-end technologies, APIs, and distributed teams.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, scalable, and high-performing web interfaces for AEM-based websites and applications.
Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, business requirements, and acceptance criteria into high-quality functional interfaces.
Develop and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries.
Build and enhance front-end functionality using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js.
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, AEM content structures, and other platform integrations.
Support web platform enhancements, defect fixes, releases, migration activities, stabilization, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end, AEM, browser compatibility, performance, and cross-environment issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow front-end development standards, AEM best practices, secure coding practices, and maintainable implementation patterns.
Collaborate with product, QA, backend, DevOps, security, business, and vendor teams across different regions and time zones.
Identify opportunities to improve component reuse, reduce technical debt, and enhance platform reliability and performance.
Support Agile/Scrum activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, development, testing, and release coordination.
Contribute to CI/CD, secure software delivery, vulnerability remediation, and production deployment activities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
7+ years of professional web development experience or equivalent demonstrated senior-level capability.
Strong senior-level experience in Front-End/UI Web Development.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, components, templates, dialogs, content structures, and author/publish workflows.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
Practical production experience with Vue.js or demonstrated ability to work effectively with Vue-based applications.
Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, UI/UX implementation, performance optimization, and debugging.
Experience with Git or similar version-control systems.
Ability to work independently within distributed and cross-functional teams.
Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
Knowledge of Cloud Manager, Apache Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Dispatcher, and DAM.
Production experience with Vue.js; React or Angular is an advantage.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale, multi-region, multi-brand, or high-availability web platforms.
Familiarity with Java, .NET, or backend integration patterns.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, secure software delivery, vulnerability remediation, and production deployments.
Experience supporting digital marketing, loyalty, retail, or customer-facing web journeys is an advantage.
