As an Advisor - Payroll Enablement you will be a key member of the Core Payroll team, supporting the execution of payroll enablement activities. This includes monitoring India pay-impacting changes (from both external and internal sources), providing payroll system advisory, delivering payroll fixes and enhancements, and managing associated change activities. The role also involves strong collaboration with Technology, Finance, and Initiative Delivery teams.
