Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a sales team or driving key business initiatives is a plus.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in modern media and up-to-date knowledge of Out-of-Home (OOH) media trends.

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation: Sell high-value advertising products and tailored packages to new prospects and existing corporate clients.
• Relationship management: Engage with tenants and cultivate long-term partnerships with active advertisers.
• Strategic pitches: Design, prepare, and deliver compelling proposals aligned with client marketing and business objectives.
• Market expansion: Identify, approach, and secure new advertising accounts to scale market presence.
• Performance tracking: Submit weekly activity pipeline updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Brand ambassadorship: Present high-level pitches showcasing services, prime locations, and media offerings.
