AffinityX, a member of the Ayala Group of Companies, is seeking a social media specialist to manage end-to-end campaigns across META and other platforms. You will support clients and production teams while optimizing performance for impact.

This role requires strong analytics, collaboration with US-based clients, and willingness to work night shifts with reliable remote access.

Qualifications

• Facebook campaign management experience.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Demonstrated performance marketing experience.
• Experience with full campaign lifecycle: planning, trafficking, optimization, reporting.
• Bonus: experience with LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat.

Your Role

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media campaigns across META and other social media platforms, and for providing support to our clients and production teams.

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end social media campaigns (META)
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign results using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to expert experience in Facebook campaign management.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Proven experience in Performance Marketing.
• Experience handling the full campaign lifecycle: Planning Trafficking Optimization Reporting.
• Bonus: Experience with other social platforms, such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Good communication skills, as this role will require collaboration with US-based clients.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule and has a reliable internet connection for remote work setup.
