Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend product support, ad tech engineering support, or technical integrations.
• At least 12 months SQL expertise for data analysis, debugging, and reporting tasks.
• Proficiency with APIs, server side event tracking, webhooks, and SDK implementations.
• Experience with Ads Manager or similar platforms.
• Ability to read and debug API payloads (JSON/XML) and understand API documentation.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with clients, engineering, and product teams.
• College graduates of IT-related courses are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with digital advertising and backend integration concerns, including pixel setup, API troubleshooting, and campaign diagnostics.
• Analyze technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and work closely with internal teams to improve platform performance and tracking accuracy.
