Qualifications

• Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
• No call center experience required.
• Amenable to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account, billing, subscription, and technical concerns.
• Troubleshoot streaming, login, app, device, and connectivity issues.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support through phone, chat, or email.
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity goals.
