Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account updates and basic troubleshooting while meeting satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets. This on-site role requires a High School diploma and at least 6 months of Telco experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
• 6 months Telco experience required.
• Amenable to work on site.

Responsibilities
