Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma.
• Experience in Private Education Institution is advantageous.
• Organisational skills and proactive, professional attitude.
• Mandarin proficiency required to engage with Chinese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to the School’s Policies.
• Manage the onboarding process for new students: issue LOO, contract preparation, issuance and signing, and revisions.
• Conduct student orientation sessions and serve as the primary point of contact for new students.
• Administer the student pass application process, including ICA appointments for STP issuance and guiding students through STP formalities.
