• GDPR and data protection awareness.
• Strong spoken and written English; professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Assess applications accurately according to requirements, including eligibility, language, and visa rules.
• Complete assessments with high attention to detail and update records in partner systems per procedures.
• Identify missing information and liaise with applicants or partners in a timely manner.
• Ensure work meets SLAs and delivers high-quality service.
• Maintain excellent relationships with partners and deliver best-in-class service.
• Deliver an excellent applicant experience at every touchpoint to support enrolment targets.
• Undertake other duties as required, including short- or long-term assignments.
