University Pad Residences is seeking an Admissions Coordinator in Manila to manage the end-to-end admissions process for prospective residents and families. You will guide applicants through applications, collect documents, verify eligibility, and coordinate visits and assessments.

Admissions and Intake Coordination
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents/clients and families during the admissions process.
Guide clients through the admissions process, including application completion, document collection, and eligibility verification.
Schedule and coordinate visits, inquiries, and assessments.
Contract and Record Management
Prepare, review, and explain contract documents to incoming residents/clients.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of contracts and admission documents.
Contract Renewal
Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate timely renewal discussions with residents/clients.
Coordinate renewal meetings and assist with revising contract terms, as needed.
Ensure updated contracts are signed, filed, and compliant with policies.
Move-In Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Accounting, Reservations, Operations) to ensure readiness for resident/client move-ins.
Provide move-in checklists, welcome packets, and orientation as necessary.
Ensure smooth transition for new residents/clients by addressing questions and concerns.
Customer Service & Communication
Provide consistent, compassionate, and professional communication to residents/clients and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in admissions software.
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up as required.
Other Duties
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
College degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in admissions, client services, or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
