Admin Assistant (Up to ₱40K | WFH / Hybrid for Cebu | FREE AI Certification)
Philippines | Work-from-Home (Hybrid at Cebu IT Park for Cebu-based team members) | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time | Monday–Friday
You own the operational side of employee benefits eligibility and enrollment processing for a U.S. insurance brokerage's employee benefits team — processing eligibility changes, submitting enrollments to carriers, running follow-ups to confirm updates land, and auditing carrier systems against invoices for accuracy. Your work follows established carrier submission workflows, eligibility standards, and audit cycles aligned with client and carrier expectations.
This is not a generalist admin role. You operate within carrier systems and internal enrollment workflows, coordinate directly with carriers and internal account teams, and are trusted to keep enrollment records accurate across high transaction volumes. Best suited for professionals who thrive on detail-heavy processing work, value accuracy in numeric and eligibility data, and prefer disciplined queue-based work over reactive task-switching.
