Job Summary:
There’s an open role here for a highly organized, commercially aware Business Development Executive Assistant to serve as our founder’s right hand. You’ll support a growing portfolio of brands by keeping priorities on track, following through on business development, and making sure opportunities never slip away. You’ll suit this role if you’re proactive, discreet, and comfortable working at a senior level.
Manage the founder’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities so each day runs smoothly
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up summaries with clear action items
Research prospects, potential partners, and market opportunities across the group’s brands
Support outreach and follow-ups with leads, partners, and key stakeholders
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline progress, deadlines, and next steps
Draft proposals, presentations, and professional business correspondence
Coordinate with brand teams and external contacts on the founder’s behalf
Prepare regular updates and reports on business development activity
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in business development support
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong calendar, inbox, and task management skills
Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of how sales and partnerships work
Strong research skills and the ability to summarize findings clearly
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
A high level of discretion and professionalism
Steady, thorough, and self-starting
Strong communication skills
Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior leadership team
Background in lead generation, sales support, or proposal writing
Experience supporting more than one brand or business
Ability to build clean presentations and documents (Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or Asana
Able to manage several projects without dropping any
