Qualifications

• At least 5 years of administrative support experience in a BPO/shared services setting.
• Exposure to a start-up environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in local government and PEZA permit and clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance to PEZA, BOI and other government rules and regulations.
• Provide general administrative support including vendor correspondence, scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms.
• Process work permits and gate passes for contractor work and supplier deliveries.
• Oversee company financials (OPEX/CAPEX).
