Job summary

Logix BPO in Cebu City is seeking an Admin Team Manager to oversee campaign accounts, manage agents and FTEs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role blends people management with QA, coaching, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The ideal candidate will lead with accountability and professionalism, supporting HR, IT, and Recruitment while maintaining high operational standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in BPO operations or supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience managing campaign accounts, agents, and FTEs.
• Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with QA, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned campaign accounts and ensure agents/FTEs are properly managed and supported according to client and company requirements.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and overall account health.
• Provide supervision-level support for agents with guidance and day-to-day operational assistance.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance discussions to address gaps and recognize strong performance.
• Perform or coordinate QA activities to ensure agents meet company and client standards.
• Identify operational concerns and proactively implement solutions to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Recruitment in identifying staffing requirements and supporting hiring initiatives.
• Work closely with HR, IT, Recruitment, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve employee and operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit regular reports, EOD reports, and campaign updates.
• Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, staffing, disciplinary cases, and other administrative activities.
