Job summary

Atlas Manufacturing Corporation seeks an Admin Officer - Sales Development Track to support daily operations in roofing and cold storage sectors. This role involves coordinating with installation teams, service providers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.

You will work with management, gain exposure to project coordination, pricing discussions, and partner management, with a path toward sales or account management roles as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year of admin or office support experience; fresh graduates with potential welcome.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with external partners, suppliers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to management and project teams.
• Coordinate with installation partners, subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers.
• Assist in handling client inquiries and basic project coordination.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, contracts, quotations, and reports.
• Support scheduling of meetings, site visits, and coordination with external partners.
• Assist in tracking supplier deliveries, orders, and project requirements.
• Help manage communication between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Support basic HR and accounting tasks such as timekeeping, petty cash, and invoice tracking.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
