Job summary

Atlas Manufacturing Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to generate sales for PU roofing systems and cold storage solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, reach out to potential clients such as contractors, developers, architects, and building owners, and present our durable, energy-efficient products.

You will report to the office in Gemstone Industrial Compound, Guiguinto, Bulacan, with travel as needed to close high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or industrial products.
• Experience working independently in the field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through research, phone outreach, and networking.
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits with prospective clients (contractors, developers, property managers, etc.).
• Present and promote PU roofing systems, highlighting durability, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely project execution.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on client interactions and market insights.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to generate sales for our company. As Sales Officer, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients (contractors, developers, architects, and building owners), and presenting our high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems and cold storage solutions. You’ll report to our office in Gemstone Industrial Compound inGuiguinto, Bulacan, some travelling may be required to close high profile clients.
