PAPH TRAVEL AND TOURS is seeking an Administrative Officer to ensure smooth back-office operations, manage regulatory permits, and spearhead logistics for corporate exhibitions and travel expos.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in BA or Tourism, 2–3 years experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to start immediately; offers healthcare, annual bonus, 13th month pay, and leaves.

Key Responsibilities
Permit & Documentation Management
Secure local and international travel permits, clearances, and compliance documents (e.g., DOT accreditations, local government permits, or event licenses).
Maintain an organized digital and physical archive of regulatory files, licenses, and supplier contracts.
Expo & Event Coordination
Lead logistics for company participation in tourism expos, trade fairs, and consumer roadshows.
Handle booth reservations, floor plan layouts, setup/teardown schedules, and supplier negotiations for event contractors.
Manage promotional inventory, marketing collateral distribution, and on-site administrative support during expos.
Collaboration with the Event Organizer/EA.
General Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility security.
Ensure the up to date inventory of office equipment, supplies, and etc.
Process billing, expense reports, petty cash tracking, and basic bookkeeping support.
Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and internal administrative communications.
General Support
Provide administrative reports to immediate head.
Perform other tasks as instructed by the management.
Process company requests and conduct canvassing and procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, ideally within a travel agency, events management, or tourism setting.
Proven track record in handling government/local permits and coordinating trade expos or public events.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and negotiation skills.
