Job summary

Innovative Agro Industry is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional to manage daily operations, inventory accuracy, and shipment coordination. You will leverage advanced Excel to analyze data, report trends, and optimize warehouse throughput.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and movement.

• Manage loading and unloading processes to prevent damage and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and analyze inventory and shipment reports to optimize warehouse flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and delivery personnel with clear communication.

Job description

Responsible for daily warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, daily shipment coordination, and logistics tracking. We are looking for someone with strong logical thinking, exceptional numerical skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Shipments & Logistics: Manage daily shipping operations, coordinate outbound and inbound deliveries, and ensure timely dispatch.

• Loading & Unloading: Oversee and coordinate safe loading and unloading processes of goods to prevent damage and ensure operational efficiency.

• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure physical inventory matches system records.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain, update, and analyze complex inventory and shipment reports using advanced Excel functions to optimize warehouse flow.

• Warehouse Operations: Coordinate receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods efficiently and accurately.

• Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and delivery personnel through clear verbal and written communication.

• Process Optimization: Apply logical problem-solving to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline stock control.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven work experience in a warehouse environment, inventory management, and daily shipping/receiving operations.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and report generation).

• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a strong aptitude for numbers and data accuracy.

• Logical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to daily tasks.

• Communication: Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Location: Residing in or near Muntinlupa or Parañaque for a reliable commute.
