Job summary

You will coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, testing, and launch, while monitoring delivery and performance for client objectives.

The role emphasizes pre-sale support, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Editorial, and Tech teams, with a focus on accuracy, analytics, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, media planning, digital publishing, or a related field.
• Experience working with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Understanding of digital advertising formats, targeting, trafficking, and performance metrics.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Management: Manage digital advertising campaigns across ISS Media's U.S. brands.
• Pre-Sale Support: Partner with sales teams to develop proposals, media recommendations, and RFP responses.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare campaign reports, wrap-up reports, and performance summaries.
• Operational Support: Work cross-functionally with sales, editorial, audience development, technology, and finance teams.
• Professional Development & Industry Awareness: Develop expertise in advertising platforms, campaign management, media metrics, and audience analytics.
