Maxicare is seeking an Assistant Manager for Product Pricing to lead pricing for corporate accounts and manage a pricing team. This role focuses on accurate quotations, adherence to policies, and collaboration with Sales and other departments in a healthcare insurance setting.

The position emphasizes governance, process improvement, and timely delivery of actuarial analyses and pricing reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of BS Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related math field.
• At least three years of supervisory experience or five years in HMOs/health insurance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily team operations and deliverables.
• Process, analyze, review and approve quotations within limits, incl. key accounts.
• Recommend final rates and ensure correct use of pricing guidelines.
• Endorse quotations beyond limits to approvers with analysis.
• Review escalated pricing issues and support Sales in pricing discussions.
• Prepare and review pricing reports and management requirements.
• Monitor team performance, manage workload, coach, and provide feedback.
• Suggest improvements to pricing processes and automation with other departments.
• Participate in audits and ensure G&R and ISO compliance.
• Assist in development and monitoring of KRAs, KPIs and related matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
