Job Description
- Reviews the reports and deliverables prepared by the Actuarial Analyst
- Responsible for onboarding of new Actuarial Analyst
- Tracks performance and quality of work of Actuarial Analyst
- Provide support for the resolution of escalations
B. Gathering, validating, and analyzing the following data that can be accessed from Maxicare system sources:
C. Pricing of New Products
- Responsible for pricing of new products
- Provides recommendations and endorses the pricing to Superiors for validation and approval
- Communicates the results to the concerned departments
D. Repricing/ Renewal Review of Existing Products
- Reviews and Analyzes the experience of Existing products
- Provides renewal recommendations and endorses the result to Superiors for validation and approval
- Communicates the results to the concerned departments
E. Preparing required documents for regulatory compliance
F. Reviewing, analyzing, computing and processing other requests such as:
- Special Accommodations for accounts
- Recovery accounts
- Ad Hoc, Special Projects, and other related functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
G. Monitoring of Consumer Products
- Maintains and organizes pricing/quotation files and other documentations
- Handles the monitoring of assigned New and Existing Products regularly

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Preferably BS Mathematics, BS Statistics, BS Actuarial Science, BS Applied Mathematics, BS Economics, BS Computer Science, BS Data Analytics, BS Artificial Intelligence, or BS Electronics and Communication Engineering
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- At least 2–4 years of actuarial experience in health, life, or general insurance.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge in Google Applications (e.g. Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Google Studio, etc)
- Knowledge in MS Excel is required
