Job summary

Sunley M&E Engineering Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering for residential and commercial projects. You will take-off quantities, verify measurements with the client, and work on variation claims.

You will assess and submit monthly progressive claims, certify progress work, and handle contract administration for main and subcontract works. Experience with ACMV/HDB or commercial projects is preferred, with a focus on tendering at this time.
