Job summary

Sunley M&E Engineering Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering for residential and commercial projects. You will take-off quantities, verify measurements with the client, and work on variation claims.

You will assess and submit monthly progressive claims, certify progress work, and handle contract administration for main and subcontract works. Experience with ACMV/HDB or commercial projects is preferred, with a focus on tendering at this time.

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities and verify measurements with the client for tenders.
• Assess and submit a monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors’ monthly progress payment.
• Certify and evaluate the progress work, including contract administration for variations for main and subcontract works.
• Prepare necessary documentation from shortlisting to awarding contracts.
• This position is more focused on tendering currently.
