Job summary

NEPTEL Design + Build is seeking a Civil Engineer to prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and manage progress billings and variation orders. The candidate will interpret architectural drawings for material take-offs involving partitions, ceilings, and finishes, and will control costs with detailed financial reports using spreadsheet software.

The role requires 2–3 years in commercial fit-out projects, with an advantage for D&B project experience. Interior works and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out projects.
• Experience with Design & Build (D&B) projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, cost control, billing, and variation works.
• Familiar with interior works such as partitions, ceilings, and finishes.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Proficient in estimation tools and spreadsheet software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
