Job summary

TeleCure Corporation in Malolos, Bulacan is seeking an Accreditation and Quality Assurance Supervisor who will lead accreditation, licensing, and regulatory compliance programs across TeleCure’s healthcare operations.

You will manage SOPs, internal audits, inspections, and readiness, coordinate with DOH, PhilHealth, FDA, LGUs and other bodies, and drive continuous quality improvement with cross‑department teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a healthcare-related or quality field.
• Experience in healthcare accreditation or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Familiarity with SOP development and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation, licensing, and regulatory programs for TeleCure.
• Develop and manage regulatory calendar and document tracking.
• Coordinate with DOH, PhilHealth, FDA, LGUs, BIR, BOC, and others.
• Ensure SOP reviews and updates across departments.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; report findings and corrective actions.
• Lead regulatory inspections and accreditation readiness.
• Maintain centralized records of licenses, permits, and certificates.
• Provide management with status reports and escalation of regulatory risks.
