Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an experienced Trainer or Training and Quality Supervisor to lead a team delivering healthcare domain training. A Bachelor’s degree is required with 2–4 years of relevant experience; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; on-site work in QC.

You will design and implement training programs, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, monitor quality, provide feedback, and coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college/university.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (Trainer or Training and Quality Supervisor).
• Healthcare account experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained, competent professionals who continuously improve the organization and themselves.
• Drive initiatives to improve training quality across Concentrix by evaluating and improving internal processes.
• Evaluate consistency and accuracy among trainers through observation and class evaluations.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers.
• Coordinate with Quality Supervisor and Operations on consistency issues.
• Create and maintain training schedules and training tools used by the Training organization.
• Provide written and verbal feedback of trainer performance and conduct on-site audits.
