Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. is seeking a Network Accreditation Officer to support the Head of Provider Network Services in building and maintaining relationships with accredited providers.
The role focuses on ensuring accreditation standards are met, handling contract negotiations, and maintaining provider documentation. The position involves frequent travel within NCR and the assigned territory (Southern Luzon or East Metro Manila), with regular business trips.
As a Network Accreditation Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Provider Network Services in building and maintaining relationships with our accredited network providers.
You'll be at the forefront of ensuring that doctors, hospitals and medical facilities meet our standards while handling contract negotiations, compliance, and relationship management.

Office Location: 8 Rockwell Building, Hidalgo Drive, Rockwell Makati | 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri
Assigned territory: Southern Luzon or East Metro Manila
Assist in onboarding and maintaining strong relationships with accredited healthcare providers.
Facilitate the accreditation process for clinics and medical facilities, ensuring efficient contract and documentary compliance.
Conduct site visits and negotiate terms to support network provider services.
Organize orientations and re-orientations for new and existing providers, ensuring they are well-informed and supported.
Ensure all agreements and contracts are accurately filed and compliant with data privacy regulations.

Willing to do frequent travels within NCR plus the assigned territory; with regular scheduled business trips any point of Southern Luzon or East Metro Manila
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or network provider management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
