Job summary

Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. is seeking a Network Accreditation Officer to support the Head of Provider Network Services in building and maintaining relationships with accredited providers in Mindanao.

Based in Davao City, the role covers onboarding, accreditation, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards while traveling for site visits and provider orientations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare or network provider management is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Mindanao and Davao City.

As a Network Accreditation Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Provider Network Services in building and maintaining relationships with our accredited network providers.

You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that doctors, hospitals and medical facilities meet our standards while handling contract negotiations, compliance, and relationship management.

• Level: Supervisor

• Deployment: Medical Division (Pacific Cross)

• Assigned territory: Mindanao

• Office Location: Unit 905, 9th Floor, Aeon Towers, J.P. Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City, Davao Del Sur, Philippines | 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding and maintaining strong relationships with accredited healthcare providers.
