Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. is seeking a Network Accreditation Officer to support the Head of Provider Network Services in building and maintaining relationships with accredited providers in Mindanao.

Based in Davao City, the role covers onboarding, accreditation, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards while traveling for site visits and provider orientations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare or network provider management is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Mindanao and Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and maintaining strong relationships with accredited healthcare providers.
• Facilitate the accreditation process for clinics and medical facilities, ensuring efficient contract and documentary compliance.
• Conduct site visits and negotiate terms to support network provider services.
• Organize orientations and re-orientations for new and existing providers, ensuring they are well-informed and supported.
• Ensure all agreements and contracts are accurately filed and compliant with data privacy regulations.
