Job summary

Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation seeks a Network Accreditation Officer to support the Head of Provider Network Services in building strong relationships with accredited healthcare providers. You will oversee accreditation, contract negotiations, and compliance, ensuring clinics and facilities meet our standards across Mindanao.

Frequent travel within Davao City and beyond will be required to maintain partner relations.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel frequently within Davao City and Mindanao (regular business trips).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or network provider management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and maintaining relationships with accredited providers.
• Facilitate the accreditation process for clinics and medical facilities, ensuring contract and documentary compliance.
• Conduct site visits and negotiate terms to support network provider services.
• Organize orientations and re-orientations for new and existing providers, ensuring they are well-informed and supported.
• Ensure all agreements and contracts are filed and compliant with data privacy regulations.

Job description

As a Network Accreditation Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Provider Network Services in building and maintaining relationships with our accredited network providers.

You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that doctors, hospitals and medical facilities meet our standards while handling contract negotiations, compliance, and relationship management.

• Deployment: Medical Division (Pacific Cross)
• Assigned territory: Mindanao

Requirements:

• Willing to do frequent travels within Davao City; with regular scheduled business trips any point of Mindanao
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or network provider management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
