Job summary

Hive Health in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate customer accounts. You will work with internal teams to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables, while leading an AR team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting, at least 5 years in AR, and at least 1 year of people management. It is an onsite position in Ortigas, Pasig, with two days per week on-site work and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable or similar role.
• 1+ year of people management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and PH compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Process and issue billings accurately and timely.
• Reconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Support month-end close and audits; assist with compliance.
