Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead based in Quezon City. The role requires leading AR activities, coaching a team of AR Officers, and maintaining a low DSO while resolving disputes and processing payments. The position is onsite with day shifts in Global One, Eastwood.

Ideal candidates will have strong ERP and e-invoicing experience (Coupa, Ariba), PPSR knowledge, and advanced Excel skills to model ATB reports and KPI dashboards. Prior industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of Accounts Receivable teams and KPI achievement.
• Strong experience in B2B/B2C ledgers and DSO targets (<40 days).
• Solid PPSR, ASIC guidelines, and debt collection procedures knowledge.
• Experience with Coupa/Ariba and ERP-based collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach AR Officers, monitor calls, and conduct reviews.
• Manage national debtor ledger, reduce aged debt and DSO.
• Resolve disputes, reconcile payments, and enforce holds.
• Manage group inboxes, aging reports, and invoicing portals.
• Conduct solvency checks, PPSR registrations, and debt write-offs.
• Prepare ATB reports and track team KPI dashboards as 2IC.

Your Role

As a Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will:

• Manage a national debtor ledger, making 50+ daily calls/emails to reduce aged debt (60+ days) and maintain DSO under 40 days.
• Supervise, coach, and onboard AR Officers, conducting weekly call monitoring, 1-on-1 performance reviews, and queue management.
• Resolve complex account disputes, reconcile misallocated payments, issue credits, and enforce "stop supply" account holds.
• Manage group inboxes, clear unapplied cash/credits, run daily aging reports, and upload invoices to portals (Coupa, Ariba).
• Conduct ASIC/CreditorWatch solvency checks, manage PPSR registrations, lodge Proof of Debt forms, and process DCA/bad debt write-offs.
• Prepare Aged Trial Balance (ATB) reports, track team KPI dashboards, and act as 2IC to the Debt Collection Manager.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• AR Leadership & Coaching: Proven experience leading Accounts Receivable teams, conducting call audits, and driving team KPI targets.
• Hands-on Collections Mastery: Strong track record managing B2B/B2C ledgers to achieve DSO (<40 days) and overdue targets (<5%).
• PPSR & Legal Compliance: Solid understanding of PPSR, ACCC debt collection guidelines, ASIC searches, and insolvency procedures.
• E-Invoicing & ERP Proficiency: Experience using enterprise ERP systems, collection platforms, and e-invoicing portals (Coupa, Ariba).
• Negotiation & Dispute Resolution: Strong negotiation skills to resolve complex billing disputes with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in industrial gas, equipment hire, logistics, distribution, or multi-branch B2B sectors.
• Experience using Pronto Xi ERP software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for ledger reconciliations and ATB report modeling.
• Formal qualifications in Accounting, Credit Management (AICM), or Business Administration.
