MicroSourcing is hiring an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist for a hybrid night-shift role in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will verify invoices, manage AR data, and support cash management within a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate has solid accounting knowledge, strong numerical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred, and the company offers competitive rewards and career

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
• Proficiency in commonly used accounting ERP systems, such as NetSuite.

Aufgaben

• Gather and verify invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment processing.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records, ensuring aging is up to date and credits, collections, uncollectible amounts, and miscellaneous differences are properly recorded and cleared.
• Perform daily cash management activities, including recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash receipts to the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger.
• Monitor and collect outstanding Accounts Receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
• Create customer invoices based on consignment reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Shipping, and other departments to resolve billing and payment-related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable aging, open orders, and pending payment reports.
