Job summary

Ugnay Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a global services operation. You will manage assigned customer accounts, monitor outstanding payments, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues.

The role requires at least 1 year in AR or collections, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce. This is a 100% onsite position at BGC, Taguig with night shift scheduling and a salary of ₱30,000 to ₱35,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Contact customers to resolve payment and billing concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues.
• Help achieve collections targets and maintain accurate account records.
