Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer delivering contact center and back-office services in Metro Manila, is hiring an Accounts Receivable professional. You will raise invoices, apply payments, maintain ledgers, and monitor balances to keep customer accounts accurate.

You'll work with sales and customer service to resolve disputes, support month-end close, and prepare weekly and monthly AR reports, while assisting auditors with AR documentation in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Raise and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Apply customer payments and allocate receipts correctly
• Maintain and update accounts receivable ledgers
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments via email and phone
• Resolve invoice disputes and payment discrepancies efficiently
• Work with sales and customer service teams to address payment issues
• Assist in setting up and reviewing customer credit limits
• Perform regular customer account reconciliations
• Prepare weekly and monthly aged receivables reports
• Support month end and year end closing processes
• Assist auditors with AR related documentation
