Job summary

AutoStudio Philippines Corporation is seeking an Accounting Staff specializing in Accounts Receivable to manage invoicing, collections, and customer account maintenance. You will ensure accurate billing, monitor aging, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel are essential.

The role supports month-end and year-end closings and requires handling confidential financial information with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in AR, billing, collection, or general accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, billing statements, and related documents.
• Record and monitor customer payments and post to accounts.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable Aging Report and monitor balances.
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams on billing/collection matters.
• Verify documents for billings before posting to records.
• Prepare AR reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Assist in monitoring collection targets and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare receipts, payment records, and related documents.
• File and safeguard AR documents.
