AutoStudio Philippines Corporation in Cebu City is seeking an Accounting Staff - Accounts Receivable to manage billing, payments, and customer accounts. You will prepare invoices, monitor aging, and assist in reporting and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting degree, familiarity with AR processes, Excel, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collection, or General Accounting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.
• Record payments and post to accounts.
• Maintain AR aging reports.
• Follow up on overdue balances with customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist month-end closing and financial statement prep.
