Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to run the order-to-cash cycle across the group. You will handle invoicing, collections, statements, and payment matching, and will raise property, rental, and intercompany invoices as needed.

You will work with ERP systems (Odoo preferred), reconcile ledgers, manage multi-currency payments, and deliver reports to senior management on a monthly cadence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated AR, credit control, or end-to-end transactional accounting.
• Experience across multiple trading entities or complex group structures with high intercompany volumes.
• Formal accounting qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms (Odoo a plus) and reconciliation software.
• Strong Excel skills for data sorting and lookup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for chasing balances.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines across daily/weekly/monthly cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage order-to-cash activities including invoicing, collections, statements, and customer payment matching.
• Raise property, rental, and intercompany invoices across the group as needed.
• Chase overdue balances via phone and email and produce regular AR reports.
• Upload bank statements and perform monthly reconciliation across accounts.
• Prepare and send customer statements and commercial reports to managers.
• Lodge and coordinate intercompany and bulk payments with ledgers and ERP.
• Ensure multi-currency payments are matched and discrepancies resolved.
