Job Description

• Perform daily checks on platform settlement (Lazada, Shopee Tiktok PH), reconciling all uploaded data in Kingdee
• Handle payment applications for platform withdrawals
• Manually prepare weekly sales summary reference for platforms
• Verify the automatic generation of moral income and cost data by Kingdee
• Make sale summary report and brand report
• Supporting month-end or period-end financial reviews
• Provide administrative and accounting support beyond regular duties as required by management

Job Requirement

• Financial and Accounting Major
• At least 1-3 years working experience related with AR, better in e-commerce company, be familiar with the Shopee/Tiktok/Lazada Platform
• Have experience working in foreign company, and be proficient in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English
• Proficient in using Excel, know about Kingdee
