Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Quezon City is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a hybrid, day‑shift role. You will prepare monthly customer invoices, verify cost sheets, and maintain billing data in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You’ll support month‑end closing, generate AR reports, manage master data, and resolve billing issues by coordinating with the client experience teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly customer invoices and review cost sheets submitted by the Operations Department as the basis for billing.
• Maintain and encode data in the billing application and ERP system to ensure invoices are prepared accurately and on time.
• Support the Finance team during month-end closing activities.
• Generate accounts receivable and accounting reports as directed by your immediate supervisor and manager.
• Manage master data related to accounts receivable, including customer and project master data, pricing, and other relevant information.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate issues to management while coordinating with Client Experience teams and stakeholders to address billing and collection issues.

Your Role

As An Accounts Receivable Specialist, You Will
